OUR MISSION

Advancing economic and leadership opportunities

Texas Women’s Foundation (formerly Dallas Women’s Foundation) raises funds for statewide research, advocacy and grantmaking to unlock economic and leadership opportunities for women, girls and their families. At the heart of our Mission, Vision and Values is our commitment to invest in the power of women and girls to build stronger, more equitable communities across Texas.

ECONOMIC SECURITY

Moving women and girls from surviving to thriving

From the age of 18, women are disproportionately living in poverty – and that impacts our future workforce and economy in Texas. Our Economic Security Initiative helps ensure that women and girls have access to critical life and work supports – education, child care, health care and housing – that are essential to their economic security.

LEADERSHIP

Be a part of Our Legion For Women's Leadership

To make real progress for women and girls on all fronts, we must strengthen the pipeline of female leaders – from the classroom to the first job, the executive suite, the boardroom and the political arena. Our Leadership Initiative empowers women and girls to lead in their lives, their workplaces and their communities.
